I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this office. It is always the same experience—calls go unanswered, questions are not addressed, and communication is poor. At times, it feels like neither the assistants nor the doctors are properly informed about what they are discussing. Most concerning was my daughter’s recent sports physical. She was told that an EKG showed an enlarged right side of her heart. Naturally, this was very alarming. The very next day, I took her to another medical facility for a second opinion. Their evaluation came back completely normal, and they took the time to thoroughly explain the results and answer all of our questions. In addition, the second facility performed a vision exam, which was not done at your office, despite this being a physical required for high school sports participation. The overall atmosphere of the office is also unprofessional. The front desk often feels more like a social gathering than a medical practice. Patients deserve attentive, organized, and professional care. Based on my experience, this office needs significant improvement in communication, professionalism, and patient care.

Absolutely terrible experience at this clinic, my prenatal appointment was at 12 weeks in early May & I am currently over 15 weeks pregnant, and my doctors scheduling wasn’t open for some reason, they were supposed to call me to schedule for June. I called weekly trying to schedule since they weren’t calling, and they kept telling me it was still closed. I called AGAIN this week, and suddenly he is booked and had no openings at this location until July! How am I supposed to wait two months between a prenatal appointment? Extremely unprofessional, and has caused me unnecessary stress these past few weeks. I had to switch clinics just to be able to get a June appointment with a different doctor, when they were supposed to call and schedule me ON TIME.

Aquí hablan español! La mejor doctora está aquí Doctora Ramos. I’ve been coming to this office for years. It’s very comfortable, not a long wait, the staff is very friendly always a pleasure to deal with but best of all, is my Doctor. She is the best adult doctor that I’ve dealt with and this review is long over due. Dr. Ramos not only actually takes her time to listen to you and actually help you, figure out what you may need to help with any issue but she doesn’t try to drown you in medicine, which is very refreshing. She’s not a “take this and get out” kind of doctor like many that I’ve dealt with before. She is very optimistic and works together WITH you for your best possible, least invasive treatment. I appreciate her so much and I will always come here to her as my PCP. I trust her to care for me not just treat me like a number.

Very slow even with an appointment, no one has any motivation definitely show I’m here just for the check. Sat in room for hour and a half before a doctor even came in. This is my third time here and I kept thinking it would get better, definitely changing doc office!
